“I don't know what they looked like but the website was not great. I didn't know if it was being delivered same day or not because I couldn't choose the delivery date. I couldn't add things to my basket. Adding a personalised cup was confusing because you couldn't then delete the original cup it came in so I was unsure if they would receive 2... I am really grateful it did end up being same day delivery but then the courier couldn't find the address so it got put at the recommended drop of if failure to find the actual address so my friend didn't get her flowers until the next day.”
