“Somehow I completed my order with wrong date and despite it being saturday night I got thru on the phone and also by email with an instant response! Not only that but my order was on its way and it was reversed and then sent out i. the correct date. Incredible service in a time where there is NO local customer service with most other companies! PS -the products were great too (and beautifully presented)”
