“My neice just had her first baby, she's been stuck at home for a week with having had surgey as well, the gift I sent was flowers in a jar, chocolate and baby gift with a card. I was able to let the driver know to have the delivery dropped outside the door, so not to wake her or the baby, driver sends a photo of box at front door. Needless to say, she was so surprised, really made her day, that's the idea right! Third time in a few months I've had excellent service. Made someone's day. Thank you team LVLY. Unfortunately new mum hasn't had time to send me pics. But loved all of it. This has been great finding you guys, same day delivery too, and excellent customer service when I needed to update an incorrect name on the address. Team emailed my right back and sorted it.
