“I ordered a large posy, lolly box, and a few other extra's for my tenants, as they had been without a maintenance request actioned over a weekend, due to trades not being able to repair the issue, it was very important to me that I expressed my gratitute towards their patience. The next day, before 3pm, the whole parcel was there, in great condition and made their day. I was very pleased.”
