“I have enjoyed Lyfe Fuel for the last year. I make a shake in the morning using almond milk and frozen fruit. It is a quick breakfast that last through the morning and gives me more energy. I would recommend Lyfe Fuel to anyone.”

“For a few years now, I take the Essentials Nutrition Shake (Vanilla). About a table spoon in the morning and a full scoop just before noon. My present life situation doesn't really allow excess time to be picky and choosy for meals; so I have to eat on the fly. LyfeFuel products keeps the hunger pangs away (the shake and bars), but most importantly, I'm fueling the body and mind with good nutrition. This is important. If I skip a scoop, I noticed that the sweet and snack cravings can amplify. To keep good fuel burning throughout the day, LyfeFuel simply gets-it-DONE. Thank you very much.”

“I enjoyed that it had better nutrition than most meals I could eat, so therefore was a great meal replacement. It kept me satisfied with the amount of protein, and had a pleasant taste.”
