“After my morning workout I make a smoothy for my husband and I. It's a great way to replenish my body and keeps the hunger away. I sometimes take one with me to work at night. Love the flavor by itself but I always add some frozen fruit, kale or spinach, Greek plain yogurt and almond milk. Yum. And it's comforting to know it's also good for you! I'm going to try the chocolate next!”
