“I drink mine very morning with 12 oz of water. After a month, my body has come to crave the nutrients and can tell if I were to miss a day. Everything has been good so far. I have not tried chocolate yet. I’m scared to buy and not like. Vanilla has been yummy tho. If their is anything else I should be taking after workout please advise. I have been taking the protein as well and I enjoy that just as much.”

“I've written several reviews for the Essentials Nutrition Shake - Vanilla. The product is a good one. I value the plant-based ingredients, and the protein content to get serve as a good energy mostly in the mornings. I mix a scoop of LyfeFuel with greens and another organic protein powder to round out a delicious and nutritious power shake. On weekends, I tend to lighten the diet a bit, and usually do two scoops throughout the day, to keep energy levels even. I'm a happy customer and keep returning to replenish my supply of Essentials. Thank you very much.”
