“LyfeFuel has been incorporated into my daily nutrition routine. I take what you may consider to be an unconventional approach. I start with the powder and some almond milk and then I add the following ingredients: chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cantaloupe, mango, a pear, green vegetables, blueberries and a little cinnamon on top, plus a couple of ice cubes. Altogether it makes about a quart of liquid once I blend it all. It's absolutely delicious. Very tasty and I feel very good knowing that I'm drinking it on a daily basis.”
