“Overall, I like the product. The price point could be a tick lower. It would be great if you offered two sweetness levels, the current level and one that was less sweet.”

“Was skeptical about the taste but it tastes much better compared to Orgain and other plant based protein powders. A bit expensive but still cheaper than Kachava. Overall I am satisfied.”

“Tasted and smelled of mint. Mind you I like mint when I'm in the mood for it, but not when I was going for a vanilla.”

Hi Cheryl, Thank you for your honest feedback and our apologies for the delay. The reason why you picked up on a spice taste is that the flavor is Vanilla Chai, not plain vanilla. We've had customers switch over from competitors for many reasons, with many of them preferring the taste of our products over others. Sorry to hear that wasn't the case for you.
