“Although I like the Ginger Lemon Tart (even though I taste no ginger, or more importantly, 'tartness', I am skeptical about the ingredient of 'Natural Flavors' and discriminate against buying/consuming products that vaguely label the ingredients - Unfortunately, “natural” flavors can contain chemicals, carrier solvents, and preservatives. And they could be made from just about anything other than petroleum.”

“The ginger lemon tart tastes good and gives me the energy I need to get through the day. I also feel full after eating one bar which is good so that I am not craving junk food.”

“I like the flavor of this but it has the same problem for me as the chocolate. Too much fiber, less nutrition. It's not what I hoped it would be when I heard lyfe was doing bars. I was so excited but it didn't work out for me.”
