“I have been searching for a healthy, tasty recovery protein shake for years. I am happy to say I have found it in both flavors of the Lyfe Fuel recovery shakes. I love that they provide not only protein, but vitamins & minerals, fruits and vegetables, and digestive enzymes, all with super low sugar and carbs. I usually have to choke down most “healthy” protein shakes, but I can honestly say that I love my Lyfe Fuel shakes.”

“I just wrote this review. It's a win-win!! I actually bought @LYFEfuel Recovery Shake by mistake; but, thinking about it, there aren't any mistakes, just opportunities that G0d (or fate, propinquity, luck, chance) gifts us with. Here is an enormous overlap between post-exercise muscle recovery and fighting cancer. This @LYFEfuel Recovery Shake has it all, from low carb to perfect amino acid ratios, and large amounts of glutamic acid {{Not cancer feeding glutamine!!!! which is the usual cheaper AA.}}; with BCAAs of 4.5g/scoop! The flavor is OK (I'd add more vanilla; and the equiv of a pinch of NaCl. & let it sit for a few minutes which greatly reduces the gritty and thin, while adding a splash of MCT oil brings the taste/texture into good!, especially if you embrace the benefits. Looking forward to long term results in the recovery/rebuilding/while fighting advanced pancreatic cancer of my holy beloved.
