“Greetings! Started using LyfeFuel this past August. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste, and the good clean energy burn throughout the day. As an early riser, and eating a balanced breakfast, I would do a scoop around 11 AM each morning. Added just the right amount of energy through the afternoon. Last few weeks, I started doing two scoops in the evening--complementing a healthy (light) supper. Few things I've noticed: sweet cravings; gone--great/restive sleep; positive mood; clarity of mind and limber limbs. I'll continue to use LyfeFuel and see what further benefits arise; so far, I'm enjoying a healthy "Lyfe" by adding scoops to my daily constitutional of wellness. Peace and blessings, MP”
