“I was very impressed with the Essential Nutrition Shake by Lyfefuel! It’s a balanced meal replacement. I use it for breakfast- 1 minute and my breakfast ready! It’s very filling and keeps me full for quite a few hours. The Vanilla flavor is my favorite. This shake packed with multivitamins, minerals, organic greens and antioxidants.
