“This is the first coat I've ordered from Maceoo so I wasn't sure what size to order. Their website doesn't have a size guide for coats and jackets so I chatted with one of their specialists for several minutes. After giving her my measurements: 42" chest, 40" waist, and 34"/35" sleeve length, we decided that a Large would be a good fit. When I received the coat and tried it on I was able to button it up, but it was too tight. I emailed Ruby in customer service to let her know that I needed to exchange the coat for an XL. She responded after a short period and sent me a UPS return label. She had the new coat in the mail the next day. The XL was a perfect fit, even the sleeves were a good length. It does have a fitted feel in the waist area which is nice. Like all of the shirts I've ordered from Maceoo over the years their coat is made with quality materials and it is well-made. The coat is very soft. This coat will be great for dressing up or for semi-casual. I look forward to wearing it for many years. Thanks again Ruby for the great service!
