“This is a complex procedure with over 100 steps (check the iFixit instructions link) and you would be advised to check the cost of a repairer before investing. I found the iOpener would not soften the adhesive under the touch screen, even after a lot of trial of temps and positions. A hair drier does a better job. The adhesive strips have no instructions and are easy to stick the wrong way.”
