“Good fast service BUT as part of my purchaseI spent a further $24.99 buying a1.2mm 5-point tool for MB Air. Great instructional video and the tool worked well on the outer case, but it was impossible to remove the battery screws using the same tool as implied in the video. Initially I put this down to the fact that the old battery was faulty and had expanded. I was about to abandon the job when on inspection of the new battery packaging it stated "Includes tools ....." There are two slightly different 5 point screw drivers, one for the case and one for the battery. Within minutes I had the job done! Nowhere on the website could I find any mention of tools included?”

“Battery install went smoothly with the supplied tools. No mention in instructions on how to deal with fluff and dirt found inside computer but nice soft paintbrush managed to clean the fan and internals. Battery calibration completed last night so too early to tell if battery life is good.”
