On a more detailed review with regards to my entire experience with the macfixit customer support, I couldn't ask for a better experience! When I first received the battery, I honestly thought I was sent the wrong model, so with a surprisingly fast email relay, I started the return process (postage payment supplied by macfixit). To my chagrin, what I originally thought was the wrong model, was the right one. I was more than willing to pay for the postage back to me but to my surprise, no payment was necessary. Staff were good and refunded the product. But I lost $28 in freight and 2 weeks to get my money back. - could have been avoided if the item was correctly advertised.”
