“I thought when I first received the ram that it was broken, but a small clip was out of just place. I then installed it and it didn't detect, but it was was just the order it needed to be installed on my Mac Pro.
I know a little bit about tech, but I guess anyone who owns a Mac pro probably does, so installing shouldn't be hard.
