“From purchase to delivery this order took 5 weeks. The website had promised 'next day delivery' for the item. 7 days later I email customer service asking what the problem is and then begins the flurry of mistakes. In saying this, I do appreciate the customer service I received from Brad and I am happy with the quality of the items received.”
