“Dear Mr Jacob K, Thank you for your help, I am happy so far, but my iMac 27”, Late 2015 which I upgraded from 8GB of Ram to 32GB, is still being configured because I am still chasing certain programs and I am trying out different operating systems to accommodate my needs also. All I can say at this stage, it is a very good thing that macfixit exists and I hope that past issue have been improved because I want to go to you for parts to upgrade my MacBook Air which they say is un-upgradable because all components Are All Soldered In. Well have I got news For Apple. It is a real shame that Apple does not care for its customers and forces them in to junking their perfectly good Apple products because they are to old and no longer supported or need some kind of repair or upgrade. It is also a great thing that the HB 1124 Right to Repair bill is making great progress in the U S of A and Europe as well, More power to you macfixit and places like you plus all the one man band techies and repairers, I am not a techie, but I will not let that small issue get in the way of progress. good luck, Merry Christmas, and have a happy new year for 2021.
