“Upgrade arrived promptly in the mail and was easily installed and I now have a total of 48GB installed and available. The extra 16GB improve iMac speed but not quite as much as the first 16GB upgrade but still worth doing . Its a shame that Apple doesn't use just one slot instead of 2 x 8GB which would make it unnecessary to junk the 8GB of RAM if one want to add more storage. All good, but the delivery experience would be improved of Maxfixit sent an email or SMS to advise that the parcel had left their warehouse as it was only when the Post Office the next morning after we has gone out shopping that the package was on its way. A suggested improvement but in this case it accidentally worked out!!”

“The customer service was fast and good, however the ram was faulty. I exchanged for another ram and it was faulty again, so i lodged for a refund. Fast response time from customer service which saved a lot of hassle but ultimately the ram didn't work :(”
