“The product is great, good value and fast delivery. What leaves a lot to be desired is the website : if I follow a link specific to the model of my computer, I expect that the products displayed will actually work with my PC. This website is diabolical, confusing and misleading, so buyer beware. Especially when the refund is store credit only! Go in armed with the facts for what your PC supports, and order only from your research menu, don't trust what the website suggests.”
