“Macfixit have been really good to deal with. I initially ordered an enclosure as per Apple Store technical advice. It was the wrong one! Macfixit put me onto the correct one, explained how to return the wrong one for refund and promptly organised the refund upon receipt. Very happy customer.”
“I bought an OWC Envoy Pro Enclosure from Macfixit, plus a larger 480 GB SSD for my MacBook Air.
The Envoy Pro was to accept my original 128 GB SSD to use as backup memory, and I needed the 480 GB SSD for more storage space to help with a shortage caused by studying for a diploma.
The new 480 GB SSD worked straight away in my MacBook Air, and the Envoy Pro was easy to assemble with my 128 GB SSD. I needed customer support to reformat my old 128 GB SSD, which was provided efficiently by Jacob from Macfixit. The Envoy Pro is now connected to my MacBook Air, and has been successfully working as my Time Machine Back Up for a month.
I am very happy with the OWC Envoy Enclosure, and with Macfixit, I recommend them to everyone.”
