“For reasons that are not applicable here, I had to return an OWC hardrive under warranty. Jacob at Macfixit was very understanding of the sequence of events that followed and made sure I was looked after every step of the way. I received my replacement drive and haven't had any further issues. I can recommend this company and especially the guys that answer the phones day in day out.
