“Like most businesses, Macfixit is struggling with staff shortages and supply issues. I don’t really like buying something online unless I get to speak to someone about my prospective purchase, particularly when it is close to $1800.
However, Jacob was extremely helpful by email. He answered my questions promptly and I felt reassured about the purchase of the hardware.
The hardware that I purchased is top notch. It looks quality built, it feels quality built and has worked seamlessly for me since the initial setup. I highly recommend these OWC products. Of course, knowing that it is a product made for Mac is a most pleasing aspect of buying from Macfixit.
