“The hardware upgrade was easy to do. The instructions and video were very clear. The software instructions to format and transfer your data were straightforward but need to be reviewed as I had to do it twice because there were a few assumptions that were not clear for a first time novice. I tired to call Macfixit but my call was not picked up and referred me to the website which is the reason I was calling in the first place. However I managed to resolve my answer with a bit of trial and error. In the end everything works really well and I'm pleased with the result.”
“Apart from the delay in supply, the product was as advertised and was simple to install by following the supplied video showing all the steps. A novice could easily do this. The new SSD worked first time and has continued to work flawlessly.
