“My fully optioned up 2013 MacBook was still working perfectly except for the battery failing and running out of memory (512GB). So I got a new battery and upgraded the SSD to 1TB and it is now working like when it was new. The replacement for both was very easy to install and I transferred the contents of the SSD using Time Machine.”

“Works a dream when up and running, easy install, only downside is its not recognised as a internal hard drive. So when your Mac runs out off battery it needs to restart. And there is a 2 second lag when taking out of sleep mode compared to the original apple hard drive. Apple quoted me 1700 dollat and a 2 week wait. OWC wins this race miles in front ;-)”
