“I have a 5-year-old iMac with 32GB RAM and 3TB fusion drive and I use lots of Adobe products. It has been slowing down under the weight of all the apps. I bought a Samsung 1TB portable SSD and installed the latest macOS 10.14.4 and all my apps on it. I run the iMac with the SSD as the startup disk, and all the apps run faster and better. Cheaper than buying a new iMac at this stage.”
