“I experienced an unusual static noise problem with audio on my Windows 10 laptop with the first cable I received and after discussing it with Macfixit they sent me express post a replacement to try out. My recordings were clear using the replacement cable and Macfixit did not charge me anything more for the service. Prompt assistance to a customers problem, free and pretty rare these days.
