Be warned the HP Z27 has other quirks when connected via display port. It would appear to go to sleep and could not be woken. The issue appears to be related to the presence of 2 display ports on the monitor and it being unable to sense wake up on the other if it automatically selected the other one. A bit of playing with the settings and everything works correctly.”
