“Great customer service! I mistakenly pulled out the reel too far, and it would not retract. They replaced it on warranty immediately. It doesn’t get any better than that. Moreover, these are the highest quality reels out there. I have tested most all of them.”

I would like to have a cover as I live in Massachusetts and weather fluctuations are constant... I don't want to leave it out all winter while my outdoor spigot is shut off ! “Lost flow because the system is restrictive compared to the 3/4" hose it replaced, wish I'd bought one with more flow, please advise.
This is a big deal- The hose gets piled up and jambs up. The unit should have a mechanism feature that organizes the coiling process.
Lastly, it appears that the quality is worth the price and managable shortcommings. Cheers, Pete”
