“While this is the first time I used the Retracta self-winding garden hose reel, it worked as advertised and rewound effortlessly. Winding up the hose prior to this was a real chore in and around bushes but the Retracta hose reel, which I walked back to the unit raising it above the plants, was ideal.
Looks plenty rugged, should last a long time and will make my life easier. One suggestion, you might want to offer covers for this item to protect it from inclement weather and sun damage.”
