I was purchasing model DM-33521B from Canbuilt here in Ontario but they ran out of stock and I found you while searching for an alternative. Ordering has been seemless and I have installed 18 of these handles so far without without issue (no leaking, no missing parts, no manufacturer's deffects)
I was a little alarmed when I went to place my 3rd order online and your system had kept our c.c.# on file from the previous order but my I.T. guy said he could get rid of those cookies when I place my next order with you.
