“I paid extra for delivery and it arrived three days later. I did email the company but haven’t received a reply. It was a gift that couldn’t be given for a friend’s birthday on time. Really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for delivery. It’s not worth it. The customer service is non existent.”
