“Comfort in a jar!! That same aaaah feeling you used to get when you smelt a jar of Vicks to help you breathe is the same feeling when you apply this silky balm to your pulse points. I put a tiny finger scoop on the back of my hand and then put a tiny bit on my forefinger and rub my two forefingers together then rub into my temples. I do the same again but rub behind my ears. With the remainder of the balm on the back of my hand i spread onto my wrists and rub my wrists together and you start to smell the aromas of this beautiful balm. I then inhale the balm that has been warmed up on my wrists three times , drink my warm mug of Cocao and all set for a sound sleep. Highly recommend. 5 stars from me.”
