“My matcha set is exactly as I requested. I asked if my name could be written on the base as we have an issue with items going missing in my workplace and Ana Ceramics was happy to do this for me. Anita gave me regular updates, and check in with me every step of the way. Even though we had a potential cyclone looming delivery was super fast. I had asked when I order if they could be delieved by my birthday, approximately 18 days, and they came a few days early. Having them custom made we even discussed what colour and pattern I wanted. Anita went above and beyound to provide exception service and quality. And I think even with the roughest handling there was so chance my matcha sets would break as they were packages so well even I had some difficulty opening them. Thankyou Anita”
