“this kind of product is something I know since the last apartment I rented: there was a clear windows for the bathroom... nothing dramatic, if not that at the first floor with the living room of the neighbours exactly in front of the WC, that could get embarrassing quite fast! easy solution, without altering anything in the rented apartment? foil the window and get instantaneous and complete privacy! now we got a house for ourselves. and under the roof we have a room we transformed in our tele-working office. but the Velux window had no shades at all and even in winter the sun can hit quite hard. based on my previous experience, I headed directly to the window foil... just this time I selected a darker version for sun protection :-) the foil stays in place by static, and it is relatively forgiving during the installation. in my case I had to work not on a vertical surface... which made it less easy, and on a quite big window. In the end a good product, easy to install and it does the job! and it look good doing it too!!!”
