“So very disappointed with this company. Ordered 3 items back in November but only 2 arrived. After several emails and attempts to call I am still awaiting to receive the final item which was meant to be a Christmas present. I am really upset with the after sales service. Saying it has been passed on to the relevant department is not good customer service. What department is this? I have no idea and that is no help to me. Several weeks later still nothing. My daughter will not be getting the Christmas present she wanted. Shame on you Viners”
