“Although the product is good the website was difficult and I ordered the wrong item. I searched for a round cane baker 18cm and it was the oval one that came up instead of it saying that round ones were not available. Then I ordered it because it looks like a round one - a better photo would have helped. I fully accept it is my own fault and I didn't read the description. I was in a hurry as I had just broken my round one which I use a lot. There is a lesson to be learnt there.”
