“The plates that are intact are nice, but one arrived broken and the another has bubbled glaze. I have been trying to contact the company since they arrived but no one replies to emails and calls cannot be forwarded to appropriate team members due to WFH. Would avoid this company completely unless you can buy from a third party reputable seller. Incredibly disappointed and feeling completely ripped off.”
