“The poor ratings are because this was never delivered. I have talked to the delivery company and the driver couldn't find our address so the bowl was returned to the depot. The assured me it would be redelivered - but so far nothing. This is a process that has dragged on for weeks. So regardlesss of the quality of the product you are not going to win over customers with this standard of delivery
