“Ordered and paid for 18cm bowls and received smaller items. No good for my dogs at all.
Also the photo of item on order page did not show up the relief dog heads around bowl, which I didn't want. I thought I had chosen a plain bowl with just the word dog.
To boot, I have emailed you regarding size and pattern issues and asked if you made bowls that were plain without the dog relief pattern in the cane and blue colourway. And your response is to take it up with the retailer?! I bought direct from you, which I thought was going to the easiest option in maximising the hope of a correct order being filled... Will be returning bowls, now unsure whether I want replacement or refund.”
