“I was disappointed as it is not real memory foam which seems impossible to find these days. However, I was impressed with the service from Mattress Guru. They willingly gave me a refund which appeared in my account almost immedicatly The mattress topper was very hard to repack it for sending, and they accepted an alternative bag which was bigger than the one it arrived in. Their customer service line is always manned (womanned!) and all staff I spoke to were helpful and knowledgable.”

“The memory foam mattress keeps you cool but I do feel it's not thick enough as I can still feel the matress underneath.”
