“Very dissappointed with this table. When it arrived it had a small piece of timber missing from the top. When I complained about the poor quality of the table I was offered a $50 store credit and a bottle of varnish. When I again asked for a refund I was then offered a $100 store credit and a bottle of varnish to fix it again. I then pointed out that there were several other problems with the table as it was poor quality and I would like a refund. I was refused a refund as its not their policy to refund even when customer is unhappy with lack of quality. The table was taken back and the table top was filled and sanded and varnished as the tabletop wasnt flat. Still not happy as there are still other quality issues that exist with the table but they cannot be fixed. Wont be buying anything else from Mc Phails ever again, will buy local from other retailers who care whether you are happy with items tha are purchased from them !!! BIG THUMBS DOWN TO Mc PHAILS :(”
