“The chair frame is great yet i have tried to call McPhails regarding missing cushions i left messages and recieved a text 3 days after which diverted to the on line customer form which was completed over a week ago. I have not had any response since.
Chairs are great, still waiting on cushions and still waiting on when they are going to arrive to complete the order!!! please advise. We are a small motel and we intend to re furnish some rooms next year. We identified McPhails via "I bought a pub" series and the delivery cost lured me into purchasing items from you. If the cusshion issue is not handled correctly and swiftly soon it may cost you around 20-30K in sales next year.”
