“I bought this bed online during a sale run at McPhails. The bed was a great price and the cheap delivery cost was also a sign to buy it. After the purchase was done I then get the message to say that the bed is not due (I cannot remember exact timescale) for another 8+ weeks. Very disappointing. There was no communicaton or update but I was prepared to wait. And wait we did. Eventually I got an email to say that the bed was on its way from the manufacturer to McPhails and they would be in contact by a certain date. Again more waiting but the date came and went and no communciation. I did actually ring on the day they said they would be in contact and was rather sloppily told I would have to wait for another department to communciate. Eventually it did but not that day. Delivery day was issued and everything went smoothly. The delivery was early evening and 5 stars to the delivery man and his help. The bed is wonderful and exactly what I wanted and paid for. I have bought several items from McPhails and the products are outstanding but several problems have happened and so I am weary unless it's a great buy and I am prepared to wait.”

Unfortunately I chose the wrong style and I am trying to sell it. If I’m successful and I am hoping to swap it out and get the scroll work style bed head from McPhails instead.
