“The bed itself is of average to low quality. If you run your hand along the timber you end up with splinters in your fingers, because it has not been sanded properly. But the delivery experience was terrible. At 6 pm I am advised by text that my delivery is coming tomorrow. As I work full time and need notice to have time off I ask the driver if it can be delivered the day after. I get a rude response that says no. I take a day off with no notice which caused a lot of difficulties and the item does not arrive. I am not told anything. The next day when I get home from work I find it dumped outside my house in the pouring rain. As I live on my own and am not strong enough to move furntiure, I had to inconvenience one of my adult sons to rush over and move the item inside. Luckily the timber was not ruined but it easily could have been. Delivery also took 3 weeks not the advertised 2 weeks, although that is a very minor issue. Overall this was a terrible purchasing experience and I would not buy from this company again.”
