“We ordered this set hoping it would be easy to put together and high quality given the price tag. Unfortunately it was neither. As we tried to construct the furniture it became clear that it was defective and extremely poor quality. The holes did not align on different parts of the furniture and the welding was so bad you couldn’t insert screws and tighten them because there were blobs of metal everywhere. Truly I am shocked that McPhails would sell such poor quality furniture. I am yet to resolve this issue with them which is extremely disappointing customer service.”
