“Whilst I'm happy with the sofa, I cannot say the same about McPhails customer service.
I purchased the sofa online on Sunday 21st December & received confirmation that it would be delivered on the Wednesday 7th January, but it was not delivered. After 4 attempts, on Tuesday 13th January I finally spoke to a staff member (about 9.10am) who was very polite but she advised she would have to get her manager to ring me as he now might be handling the matter. I rang back at 16.30pm and after giving my name he said "I was just about to ring you" & advised me that "they cannot locate my sofa, they don't know where it is". When I asked when could I expect delivery he could not say as they have to wait for new stock. I eventually recived notification on Friday 6th February it was out for delivery, so much for their "guaranteed 2 weeks delivery". For McPhails to give me a delivery date indicates to me that it must have been in stock, but I've been treated like it was a back order & have not received any apology. Very poor service.”

Woukd definitely recommend buying from McPhails furniture. Everyone has been so friendly & nothing has been any trouble from buying through to the delivery team. Thanks everyone thats involved in this great company.”
