I ordered the bed online and it is the first time I had dealt with Mc Phails. I had sent a couple of messages back and forth when I was deciding whether I would order. After the efficient and respectful communication I had no hesitation. I was kept up with delivery times and even the delivery man was very polite and pleasant. A+”
“The bed arrived with all boxes and on time. Delivery was organised and the driver communicated as to when he would arrive within 15 minutes. The bed went together quite easily and looks great. I am very pleased with it. The only point I could make is that in two places where there are joins a little bit of the coating is missing. As all the joins were covered in bubble wrap and taped this could have only happened in the factory.”
